Make App Ads ("the Service") helps you generate advertising creatives for mobile apps you own or are authorized to promote. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your content & rights

You must own or have the rights to the app name, icon, screenshots and other materials you upload or import. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with the advertising policies of the platforms where you run them (e.g. Meta).

Tokens

Generated ads and modifications are paid for with tokens. Tokens are purchased in one-time packs and do not expire. Tokens and AI generations are non-refundable once consumed. Generated images are produced by third-party AI models and are provided "as is".

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create misleading, infringing, or policy-violating advertising, or to impersonate apps you don't control.

Communications & marketing emails

By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to receive emails from us. This includes account and service messages (such as password resets and ad-ready notifications) as well as occasional marketing messages from time to time (such as product tips, updates and reminders). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message; you will still receive essential account and service emails.

Liability

The Service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for ad performance, platform rejections, or any indirect damages arising from use of generated creatives.
